Casuarina Thrift charges a 20% fee for all sales made through the app. This is automatically charged on the total transaction amount exclusive of shipping costs.

 

How much does it cost to sell on Casuarina Thrift?

When you sell on Casuarina Thrift you will be charged our 20% Casuarina Thrift fee. This is deducted automatically. This amount will be deducted before your payout reaches your account.

 

Why does Casuarina Thrift charge 20%?

This charge is in place so we can pay our employees who work diligently to keep the app running smoothly, conduct research, market our brand, handle customer concerns, while also creating a safe space for you to buy and sell your clothes.

At Casuarina Thrift we only charge you when you make a sale, this means there are no fees for the length of time your item has been listed for or any initial costs to list the item.

If you have to be refunded for any sales, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the Casuarina Thrift fee.

Checkout Fees

 

Casuarina Thrift & Consignment does not charge you any fees at checkout. However our payment gateway provider WiPay charges a debit/credit card fee of $3.80USD + Tax per transaction.

There are no fees associated with the PayPal checkout.
